As the entry deadline approaches, preparations for the ARDIC Egyptian Junior Open are gathering pace.
After the formal signing of the Sponsorship agreement, the final press conference was held at the Black Ball Sporting Club, venue for the competition, with organisers, sponsors and many members of the press in attendance.
The ARDIC Junior Open will be one of the major junior squash events of the year, with the event registered with the World Squash Federation as part of the World Junior Circuit, and the U19 categories registered on the PSA Sattelite tour with $2100 prize money.
In attendance at the Press Conference were Mr Ashraf Dowidar, Ardic CEO and event promoter, Mr Sayed Elkamash, Executive Director of the Egyptian Squash Federation; Mr Mohamed Raef, BlackBall CEO and Mr Ashraf Hanafi, Tournament Director.
